Cookie policy
How this website uses cookies.
Last updated: October 2026
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. This page explains which ones this website uses and how to control them.
What this website uses
This website does not use advertising cookies, and we do not currently use analytics to track your visit.
- Essential storage. The site remembers, for your current visit only, that you have already seen its opening animation, so it does not play on every page. This is stored in your browser’s session storage and is cleared when you close the tab.
- Website management. If you log in to manage the website, WordPress sets cookies to keep you logged in. Visitors who do not log in do not get these.
- Fonts. Our fonts are delivered by Adobe Fonts, which may record basic information such as your IP address to deliver them. It does not set cookies to track you.
Other websites on our pages
Some pages include services run by other companies, which may set their own cookies when you use them:
- Online booking on our Book a home visit page is provided by Lupa. When you book, Lupa and its payment provider may use cookies to run the booking and take payment securely.
- Course payments for Veterinary Task Force are taken by Stripe, on Stripe’s own pages.
Their use of cookies is covered by their own privacy and cookie policies.
Controlling cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the cookies used by the booking system, online booking may not work; you can always book by ringing us on 01935 804227.
Changes
If we add analytics or any other non-essential cookies, we will update this page and ask for your consent before they are used.
